Ragging......Ring any BELLS!!!!!

Hey There....Well being a college student I m pretty much preoccupied with the so called R word...No...I'd never under gone any as ours was the 1st batch, but we had our dear juniors....young ignited minds who entered the college had to give an agni pariksha of intros,idiotic tasks,b'day reminders,but 3yrs back the scenario was different...I do really have a very good connection with my juniors,1 being my real good friend(the unlimited hour 1)....Now..even if 1 ask sum 1s name, count its seconds to visit dean office...even if 1 say there names in loud voice...march to meet the dean....Even if 1 say there pet housefly something that fly 'll make it fly to THE OFFICe..I mean though it is very thotful n considerate of the government to make rules bout it...n even to take Ultra Prompt action(this is a real good thing) but Some are misusing it...take this as example....1 Guy..expelled 4m certain college filed F.I.R against staff n students 4 ragging him...They mite have...but What if they'd not??Will this not cause n e damage to those concerned?? n...now some 1 'll say that m being biased but hasn't ne 1 had felt dat this is a misuse???May be not...I m not in Favor of the Ragging which causes damage to a persons physical n mental capability but tell me is misusing the law of Ragging is not itself a type of ragging??? think bout it n comment or till then it'll bear its flight piloted by d house flies??....cya later...ciao
